The Art Image Room Reservation
calendar is at the bottom of every page of this site. Room reservations are
open only to Art Image leads. Permissions to edit the calendar are granted by
the Web Master. A few friendly reminders when reserving the MPHM Art Room:
- If at any time you have difficulties viewing the calendar, please contact the Web Master.
- Reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis. We realize that schedules are often hard to work around so if the room is reserved on a date/time that you desire, consider communicating with your child’s teacher to see if you may use their space to complete the project. Just remember - Reservations of the Art Room entitles the reservation holder to the Art Image supplies. You may hold class in the main classroom, but the class who has reserved the Art Room has first dibs on supplies. In this instance, please communicate with the reservation holder to request the specific supplies you would like to use. This conflict does not often occur, but when it does… In many cases, the supplies can be shared. Feel free to communicate with Carrie Jo or Janel if any conflicts arise. We would be happy to assist you in finding a solution.
- The Art Room is a busy place - Please be respectful of others and leave the room in the same (if not better) condition in which you found it.
- The Art Room elves (Carrie Jo and Janel) hold periodic cleaning/organizing sessions. If at any time, you feel the Art Room needs a little extra love. Please let us know. We can’t fix what we don’t know is broken - Never be afraid to reach out. J
